These terms govern your use of {{SITE_NAME}} (“the site”), operated by {{COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME}} (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying anything here you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What we sell

We sell written prompts and related digital materials intended for use with AI website builders and code assistants. You are buying access to that written material. You are not buying software, a service level, hosting, or any guarantee about what a third-party AI tool will produce from it.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you register, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing login credentials so that others can access paid material is a breach of these terms.

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy anything here.

3. Memberships and one-time purchases

We offer recurring memberships and one-time purchases. What each includes is stated on the pricing page at the time you buy.

• A membership gives access to the library for its term, including items we add while it is running.
• When a membership ends, access to items you have not already copied ends with it. Material you have already downloaded remains yours to use under the licence below.
• A lifetime purchase does not expire. “Lifetime” means the operating life of this service, not your natural life; if we ever cease trading we will give reasonable notice and a window to export what you have.
• A single-item purchase gives permanent access to that item only.

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include taxes where indicated. We may change prices for future purchases at any time; a change never affects a purchase you have already made.

4. Licence to use what you buy

Subject to payment, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• use the prompts and any output you generate from them on unlimited personal, commercial and client projects;
• modify, adapt and combine that output freely.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, publish or share the prompts themselves, in whole or in substantial part;
• use them to build or populate a competing library, marketplace or dataset;
• share your account access with anyone else;
• scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the library.

In short: sell what you build, not what we wrote.

5. What we do not promise

AI tools produce different results between runs, between versions and between providers. Our prompts are written with specific values precisely to reduce that variation, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any particular output will match a preview, work in your chosen tool, or be free of errors. Previews are illustrative.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing and licensing anything you ship, including checking any third-party assets, fonts or libraries your builder introduces.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate an account that does, and where a term has been breached we may do so without refund.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may add, change or remove items from the library. Where a change materially reduces what an active paid membership provides, we will tell members in advance.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

9. Ending your access

You may stop using the site and close your account at any time by writing to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms. Sections 4, 5, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at {{CITY}}, {{STATE}} have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes affecting existing members we will give notice by email or an on-site notice before they take effect.
