1. What we collect
You give us
- Account details — name, email address, and optionally a phone number.
- Billing details — billing name, email, phone, country and, if you supply one, a tax registration number.
- Messages — anything you send through the contact form or by email.
Collected automatically
- Usage data — which items you view, copy, save and download, so that your account works and so we know what to publish next.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and timestamps, recorded in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

What we never see
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed entirely by our payment providers. Your card number never reaches our servers. We receive only a transaction reference, the amount, and whether it succeeded.

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who need it to run the service:
- Payment providers — to take payment and handle refunds and chargebacks.
- Hosting provider — our servers and backups.
- Email provider — to deliver receipts and account emails.
- Analytics — if enabled, in aggregated form.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
4. Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider. Some processors may operate outside India; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
- Account data — while your account is open, then up to 12 months.
- Order and invoice records — 8 years, as Indian tax law requires.
- Contact messages — up to 24 months.
- Server logs — up to 90 days.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
Write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the relevant data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and it carries no advertising data.
If analytics is enabled, those cookies are optional and are only set where you have consented. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Security
We serve the site over HTTPS, store passwords using a one-way hash, encrypt stored payment credentials, and limit administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data and is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
9. Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we will delete it.
