Digital delivery only

{{SITE_NAME}} sells digital products. Nothing is physically shipped. There are no shipping charges, no couriers, no tracking numbers and no delivery addresses to supply.

When you get access

Access is granted immediately and automatically once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider — normally within seconds. You are returned to a confirmation page and the items open right away in your account.

A receipt is emailed to the address on the order, usually within a few minutes.

How to reach what you bought

Sign in and open My account. Memberships open the whole library; single purchases appear under items you own. Everything stays there for as long as your access lasts, so there is no file to lose.

If access does not appear

Occasionally a payment succeeds but the confirmation is delayed by the bank or gateway — most often when the browser is closed mid-payment. If access has not appeared within 30 minutes:

1. Sign out and back in, which refreshes your entitlements.
2. Check the receipt email, including spam.
3. Write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number or the payment reference. We check the gateway directly and grant access manually. We answer these within one working day.
