This page states plainly what you may do with the material you buy from {{SITE_NAME}}. It expands on section 4 of the terms of service; where the two differ, the terms govern.

You may

• Use any prompt on an unlimited number of projects, personal or commercial.
• Use the output on paid client work, and charge your clients whatever you like for that work.
• Modify, translate, combine and rewrite the prompts for your own use.
• Use the output in a product you sell, including templates and themes you build yourself.
• Keep and reuse anything you copied while your access was active, even after it ends.

You may not

• Resell, republish, share or give away the prompts themselves, in whole or in substantial part.
• Include the prompt text in a product, course, repository or dataset you distribute.
• Use the library to build a competing prompt marketplace or collection.
• Share your account with anyone, or give access to a team on a single seat.
• Scrape or bulk-download the library by any automated means.

The distinction that matters

Sell what you build. Do not sell what we wrote. A landing page produced from one of our prompts is yours — ship it, sell it, charge for it. The prompt itself stays licensed to you alone.

Teams

Each seat covers one person. If several people at your company need access, write to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} about a team arrangement — it costs less than you might expect and avoids a breach.

Attribution

None required. You do not have to credit us on anything you build.

If a licence ends

If your membership lapses or your account is terminated for breach, the permissions above end for anything you had not already copied. Work already shipped is unaffected — we will not ask you to take down a live site.
