Four steps, and you know what you are buying.

No proposal deck arrives before we have seen the problem. Scroll — the spine fills as you go.

  1. 1

    A call, not a form

Thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we say honestly whether it is one we have solved before. If it is not, we say so and usually name someone better placed.

  2. 2

    Two days of watching

We sit with the people who do the work and watch them do it. This is the step clients try to skip and the one that changes the brief most often.

You get the findings whether or not you hire us for the build.

    Week 1 · fixed fee
  3. 3

A working thing, not a mockup

The first deliverable is something real people can use badly and tell us about. Prototypes get polite feedback; working software gets honest feedback.

  4. 4

    Handover, then we leave

Code, documentation, and two weeks of pairing with whoever will own it. We do not sell a retainer you cannot get out of.
