The questions people actually ask, including the ones with awkward answers.
You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, including after you cancel — the export button stays live for 90 days.
After 90 days we delete your workspace and its backups. That deletion is permanent. We cannot recover it for you afterwards, so export before you go.
For connecting a warehouse and running the built-in tests, yes — it is a credentials form.
For custom tests and CI integration, you will want someone comfortable with SQL. We would rather say that plainly than sell you a "no-code" story you discover is untrue in week three.
If your team already maintains dbt tests thoroughly, the overlap is real and you may not need us.
Where we help is the part teams skip: proposing the tests in the first place, column-level lineage across tools dbt does not see, and alerts that name the commit responsible.
Pricing is per workspace, not per seat, so adding analysts costs nothing. The published tiers cover up to 500 models; beyond that we quote.
There is no minimum contract and no onboarding fee.
A 14-day trial with the full product, no card required. There is no permanently free tier — we would rather charge properly than run a free plan we have to strangle later.
Metadata and test results are stored on our side. Row-level data stays in your warehouse — we query it, we do not copy it, except for the failing rows attached to an alert, which are kept for 7 days.
Support engineers need your explicit in-app approval to view a workspace, and every access is logged where you can see it.
